Contacta brings clear communications to ticket and grocery counters, bank teller windows and many other venues where a customer service person needs  to communicate with a customer. We also bring clear, amplified sound quality to large venues such as auditoriums. Contacta's equipment includes in their designs induction loop systems to assist those people who wear hearing aids. Richard McKinley has extensive involvement in the design and installation of induction loop and communication systems throughout the United States.

It has become evident to McKinley that the North American  market could be better served if the products were manufactured and distributed in the United States. McKinley and Contacta Ltd (who has served the United Kingdom for almost 40 years) formed a new U.S. corporation called Contacta Inc to serve the North American market.  Contacta will be manufacturing, selling and distributing many product designs from Contacta of the United Kingdom and other companies.
